I run a Wellness program for our staff at Badger and facilitate on-site initiatives that focus on the health of our staff. The core of our business is insurance and call centre based which can be quite a stressful working environment. Hosting a laughter workshop with Heinrich was one of the best and most effective initiatives we’ve hosted in the 4 years of running the program. Most people feel that if they are able to laugh naturally they don’t need Laughter therapy; here are the 3 basic reasons why one must do Laughter Therapy to get maximum health benefits: 1. In order to get scientifically proven health benefits of laughter, we need to laugh continuously for at least for 10 to 15 minutes.
